Gujarat Govt. bans controversial book on Mahatma Gandhi

Gandhinagar, Mar 30 (ANI): Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday announced total ban on the controversial book “Great Soul: Mahatma Gandhi and His Struggle With India” by Pulitzer-winning author Joseph Lelyveld in the state.
The state assembly unanimously passed a resolution today demanding that the Centre should announce a total ban on selling, distribution and reproduction of the controversial book on Mahatma Gandhi.
Modi bringing the resolution in the House this morning demanded that the Central Government should take legal action to stop publication of a controversial book. (ANI)
