Singapore, Aug.5 (ANI): The latest Visa survey conducted between March and April with 4,556 people from nine Asia-Pacific countries and territories, on Tuesday found that 69 percent polled put the Great Wall at the top of their list of places to see, followed by the Forbidden City (43 percent). More than one-third (35 percent) wanted to visit the Silk Road.
It seemed that these top attractions are a strong pull for Malaysians, Australians and New Zealanders.
According to Xinhua, the Great Wall holds strong attraction for Malaysians (91 percent), followed by Australians (88 percent) and New Zealanders (87 percent).
Interestingly, nearly half of those from Hong Kong favor the Jiuzhaigou National Park (49 percent) over visiting the Great Wall(41 percent).
