Gilani to chair meeting on Pak power crisis today
October 20th, 2008 - 12:41 pm ICT by ANI - Send to a friend: Islamabad, Oct 20 (ANI): Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani will chair a high-level meeting on the worsening power crisis in the country here today.
According to sources, the Federal Minister for Water and Power, Raja Parvez Ashraf, will inform the Prime Minister about the gap in the demand and supply of electricity.
The Chairman of Wapda, the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission and other officials will also attend the meeting.
Earlier, Ashraf held a meeting related to Monday’’s meeting which was chaired by officials of all concerned departments. (ANI)
