Four injured in Srinagar grenade attack
May 14th, 2010 - 6:15 pm ICT by IANSSrinagar, May 14 (IANS) Four people, including two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers, were injured after separatist guerrillas hurled a grenade at a CRPF bunker in Srinagar Friday, a police officer said.
The grenade was hurled at a bunker at Bohri Kadal area in the old city but exploded outside, injuring two troopers and two passers-by, a senior police official said.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and a search has been launched to apprehend the guerrillas.
