Four CRPF personnel killed, 36 injured in Assam blast
July 30th, 2010 - 12:48 pm ICT by ANIGoalpara (Assam), July 30 (ANI): Four Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were killed and 36 others were injured when militants triggered an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast at Dhalukbudi in Assam’s Goalpara district on Friday morning
According to sources, CRPF personnel were patrolling the area when the unidentified militants set off the explosion.
The National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) activists are suspected to have triggered the blast. More details are awaited. (ANI)
