London, Oct 8 (ANI): Austrian incest fiend Josef Fritzl will be told by late November what charges he is to face, it has emerged.

According to reports, doctors are about to finish a psychiatric report on him.

Prosecutors in Austria trying to decide exactly what he should stand trial for are drowning in evidence of kidnap, rape and slavery.

On October 2, it was reported that the 73-year-old retired engineer and property developer was looking to sell his properties in order to raise money for his tormented family, reports the Sun.

Fritzl sexually abused and imprisoned his daughter Elisabeth, 42, in a purpose-built dungeon in the cellar of his home in the town of Amstetten for more than 24 years.

He forced her to bear seven of his children, one of which died shortly after birth and he burned his body in a heating oven.

He is facing charges for manslaughter for the baby that died, as well as rape, incarceration, coercion and incest. (ANI)
