Delhi Metro train derails in Dwarka, no casualty
August 12th, 2009 - 6:45 pm ICT by ANIDwarka, Aug 12 (ANI): A few bogies of a Delhi Metro train got derailed near Dwarka station in Delhi on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place at around 3.20pm.
According to sources, there were 39 passengers on board, all of whom were removed to safety.
Delhi Metro Railway Corporation spokesman Anuj Dayal said the accident occurred due to an error on the part of the driver, who overshot a signal. (ANI)
