The preaching are specially organised on the request of Mongolian and Russian Buddhists as a part of the special festival, which they are celebrating for the first time in India.
Jane, a Russian Buddhist, said: “Any of the teachings that His Holiness (the Dalai Lama) gives are important. Any teaching that anybody can hear from him is a blessing and honour, and all of us, who are here today feel privileged to be in his presence.”
