London, Apr 26 (ANI): British singer Cheryl Cole has been voted as the top lesbian icon in a new poll.

The wife of Chelsea and England footballer Ashley Cole took away the title after receiving 43 per cent of the total votes in which lesbians were asked to name their dream WAG.

According to the gay dating website PARSHIP.co.uk, soccer Joe Cole is footballs top gay icon, reports The Sun.

The Chelsea ace beat David Beckham and Michael Owen to receive the gong.

Cheryl beat the likes of Alex Curran, Louise Owen and Victoria Beckham to bag the crown. (ANI)
