The 21-year-old tennis player defeated Russias Anna Kournikova to grab the top spot in the poll.
The poll was conducted for gay dating site PARSHIP.co.uk.
US star Serena Williams nabbed the third position in the list of Top 5 Girl Tennis Pin-Ups, reports Daily Star.
The list was rounded up by Martina Hingis and Ana Ivanovic.
