BJP chief Gadkari holds grand reception in Nagpur

Nagpur, Dec.3 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Nitin Gadkari is holding a grand reception of his son, Nikhil, at the Vidarbha Cricket Association, on the outskirts of Nagpur on Friday.
Besides 15,000 guests, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders such as L.K. Advani and Narendra Modi are expected to attend the function.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar, Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray and BJP MP and actress Hema Malini will also remain present during the occasion.
Businessmen like Anil Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla and Vijay Mallya are also expected.
Fourteen helicopters have been registered for landings by some VIPs.
To facilitate travel of the guests, around 22-charted flights have been arranged from different parts of the country. (ANI)
