Army foils another infiltration bid in J-K
November 17th, 2009 - 12:26 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment )Srinagar, Nov 17 (ANI): The army on Tuesday foiled another infiltration bid by killing a terrorist and arresting another in the Tanghdar sector of Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to sources, troops noticed suspicious movement along the Line of Control (LoC) in Tanghdar sector, and challenged the infiltrators.
This is the third infiltration attempt by terrorists from across the border in as many days. Six militants and two army soldiers were killed in two previous incidents. (ANI)
