Antony to visit US
September 21st, 2010 - 9:07 pm ICT by ANINew Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): Defence Minister A K Antony will undertake a two-day visit to the United States beginning on September 27 on an invitation from US Defence Secretary Robert Gates.
Defence Secretary Pradeep Kumar, Lt General Bikram Singh, Vice Admiral DK Joshi and Air Marshal AK Gogoi will be part of the delegation accompanying Antony.
Security issues-both regional and global are likely to come up prominently during the talks. The two sides will also discuss measures to expand Defence Cooperation in various areas.
Antony is scheduled to return to New Delhi on September 29. (ANI)
