The recovery was made from a quarter of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) during a raid by the members of the Special Task Force.
The seized sacks were from a consignment looted from a police station in December last year.
One accused, Jitender Singh, from whose quarters the recovery was made, was also arrested by the officials and taken into custody.
“A consignment of ammonium nitrate was looted from Ramgarh police station in December and around 400 bags of that consignment were recovered from Jitender’’s house. The Ramgarh police had come and arrested some in this connection.
