17 kids killed in Uttarakhand building collapse
August 18th, 2010 - 8:01 pm ICT by ANIKapkot (Uttarakhand), Aug 18 (ANI): At least seventeen children were killed and more are feared trapped under the debris of a school building that collapsed following a cloudburst in Uttarakhand’s Kapkot village.
It is not known as to how many children were in the school at the time of tragedy.
The bodies of seventeen children have been recovered and rescue operations are still on.
Ambulances have been deployed though communication is difficult. (ANI)
