Ten new swine flu cases in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 9 (IANS) Ten new swine flu cases were recorded in the capital, an official Saturday said.
“Of these one was a 12-year-old. The total number of those affected by the disease is now 9,543,” Anjana Prakash, assistant state nodal officer for swine flu cases, told IANS.

Over 50 percent of swine flu infections in Delhi were of children.

Seven people were reported to have died of the virus in the national capital Friday. The toll due to the deadly Influenza A (H1N1) virus stands at 83.
