Sarkozy out of hospital
July 27th, 2009 - 6:07 pm ICT by IANSParis, July 27 (DPA) French President Nicolas Sarkozy was discharged from hospital Monday after suffering a fainting fit while jogging at the weekend, French media reported.
Sarkozy was shown leaving the hospital on foot and smiling, although it was not known if he was returning to work or taking leave.
Presidential staff said that the 54-year-old had been exhausted due to his workload.
Sarkozy was admitted to the Val-de-Grace military hospital Sunday after having suffered a suspected attack of vasovagal syncope.
