One swine flu death in Delhi, city’s toll 70
December 31st, 2009 - 8:38 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Dec 31 (IANS) One more person died of swine flu in Delhi taking the number of casualties due to the contagious virus in the capital to 70, authorities said Thursday.
“One person died of swine flu in the Apollo Hospital. We don’t have much details as the person was from a neighbouring state,” Anjana Prakash, deputy nodal officer in charge of swine flu in Delhi, told IANS.
Delhi reported 33 fresh swine flu cases Thursday and of these 12 were children, taking the total to 9,344.
