One more dies of swine flu in Himachal
December 9th, 2009 - 6:24 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Shimla, Dec 9 (IANS) One more person died of swine flu in Himachal Pradesh Wednesday, taking the toll to four, a health official said.
“A middle-aged man who had been admitted to Shimla’s Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital for quite some time died this (Wednesday) morning due to swine flu. He was tested positive for the virus Tuesday,” swine flu nodal officer Vinod Mehta told IANS.
He said this was the fourth death in the state due to H1N1 virus. So far, 17 patients have tested positive for swine flu.
Shimla and Solan districts in the state reported the maximum number of swine flu cases.
