Most Bedbug Infested Cities’ Names Revealed

bedAug 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A leading pest control company has made a surprising survey and released a list of the 15 most bed-bug infested cities yesterday. This startling revelation was made by pest control company Terminix and the survey says that New York has more unwanted nocturnal guests than other cities of United States. Bedbugs are the small, evasive, parasitic insects that preferentially feed on human blood.

The survey reports show that after New York, the most infested cities are Philadelphia, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Chicago. The spokesperson of Terminix said that in the past their offices used to get less complains about bedbug “eradication” and presently, some offices are troubled by bedbug several times a week. However,the company officials say that the appearance of bedbugs on its list of smaller cities shows that these insects are increasing with every passing day. The etymologist for the company, Paul Curtis said that bedbugs are back and can “pop in” anywhere. Reports say that the former U.S. President Bill Clinton has battled an outbreak of Bedbug at his Harlem Office, along with many other offices, countless hotels of United States. Other bedbug infested cities include Denver, Columbus, Dayton, Washington, Los Angeles, Boston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Cleveland, Minneapolis.

The pest control company Terminix has advised the citizens to check mattresses for dark blood spots and to avoid picking up used mattresses or furniture left on the street. These bugs are particularly fond of hotels, airplanes and cruise ships, as the officials of the company reports. Larry List, a Terminix employee from Elmhurst said that the bedbugs problem has increased so much that the company sees 10 cases a month out of their Elmhurst office alone!
