Healthy snacks could lead to weight loss

New York, Oct 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) In our fast paced life, many of us don’t have proper time for regular workouts. And with our improper diet plan we manage to gain weight. Here are some healthy weight loss snacks to keep you in shape without starving for food.

1. Popcorn is one of the all time favorite snacks. It’s a healthy & fiber rich and low in calories, until you don’t saturate it in butter. Here I would like to mention that theater popcorn does not come under healthy snacks.

2. Almond and other nuts are rich in Vitamin E and fiber. Vitamin E helps to fight diseases like cancer, asthma, and osteoporosis. A handful of nuts a day keeps a doctor away.

3. Sunflower seeds work well to stay in shape. It’s a healthy fiber rich snack.

4. Peanut Butter has a good amount of protein however it’s considered as high-cal-snack so make sure you adhere to your daily intake. Remember if you are allergic to nuts then avoid peanut and try any other fiber rich snack.

5. Low fat yogurts are perfect to reduce weight.

Remember to check food labels before buying snack items from your local store.
