Dec.29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It is a prevalent thing that caring parents are very much concerned about the well-being of their child. Whether on playgrounds or in school or in any place, the invisible yet scary elements- the germs are prevalent everywhere. We are always advised to take care and protect ourselves from the dirt and filth. We need to keep those dangerous germs and viruses at bay, but the recent researches reveal otherwise.
In order to have a strong immune system it is necessary that a child be exposed to a certain extent to germs. During childhood, a kid has the natural inclination to be in the middle of a mess, craving for things where virus will be widespread. They roam about in every nook and corner to please their curiosities, paying no heed to hygiene. However, they do something which prove to be a blessing in disguise later in life.
The pathogens with which we come in contact in our natural habitat, actually helps to build our immune system in a stronger way so that we have a good resistance power and don’t give in to smaller attacks of the germs. Kids who are brought up with more care, with proper attention to cleanliness, health and hygiene, are more prone to suffer from heart ailments after they reach a certain age. A natural growth, by being vulnerable to all kinds of germs and dirt makes a person’s physical stature and immune system fit enough not to be bogged down by the smallest physical disorders and there are less chances of getting heart disease as adults.
