Boredom can make women fat: Study
May 25th, 2010 - 1:05 am ICT by IANSLondon, May 24 (IANS) Hunger is not the only thing that makes one crave for food, feeling low and upset can increase craving for food, says a study.
The study revealed women are more prone to eating than men, especially if they are bored or feeling upset, reports express.co.uk.
“Controlling what you eat is not simply a matter of willpower, it is about being aware of the desire to eat and understanding your relationship with food,” said nutritionist Mary Strugar.
