20 new swine flu cases in Delhi
August 4th, 2010 - 8:12 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Aug 4 (IANS) As many as 20 people, including two children, tested positive for swine flu here Wednesday, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 124 in the national capital, an official said.
“Twenty people have tested positive for Influenza A (H1N1) in Delhi including two children and 18 adults,” Debashish Bhattacharya, nodal officer for swine flu, told IANS.
Delhi has so far reported seven swine flu deaths this year. There have been as many as 1,692 swine flu related deaths in the country since its outbreak in May 2009.
