17 new swine flu cases in Delhi
August 3rd, 2010 - 7:38 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Aug 3 (IANS) As many as 17 people tested positive for swine flu here, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 104 in the national capital, an official said Tuesday.
“Seventeen people have tested positive for the influenza A (H1N1) in Delhi,” Debashish Bhattacharya, nodal officer for swine flu, told IANS.
Delhi has so far reported seven swine flu deaths this year. There have been as many as 1,692 swine flu related deaths in the country since its outbreak in May 2009.
