- Washington, June 3 (ANI): Award winning author Salman Rushdie is calling on Hollywood casting directors to come calling after being bitten by the acting bug.
Rushdie made his movie debut playing a gynaecologist in Helen Hunts 2007 movie Then She Found Me.
And, he is the first one to admit that hes hooked to it.
“When I was at college I did more acting that writing, but I discovered I wasn’t any good, so I did the other thing,” Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
“Now it’s like an unscratched itch. So if there are jobs, I’m available,” he added. (ANI)
