The several ” recovery products” in the market are there and these products protein to muscles after a long training session. According to the researchers the muscles do need carbohydrates and protein after work outs.

To see how much protein and carbohydrates a person should intake each time during the recovery time : The amount of both nutrients should be small. Muscle repairs requires only 10 -15 grams of protein.

In order for the carbohydrate , the body needs about one gram of carbohydrate per kilogram of body weight. Power bar is also helpful. Sometimes, after work out, we tend not to find the right food.
