Srinagar, May 22 (ANI): In another incident of cross firing between militants and the Border Securit Force in Rajouri District of Jammu and Kashmir today, one villager was killed and one more was injured.
The civilian who was critically injured in the incident was admitted to a nearby hospital, sources said.
The victim has been identified as Mohmmad Lateef, a resident of Kandi.
However, the militants managed to flee from the spot, the sources said, adding that army along with police has launched search operations to nab the militants.
Security forces has busted a militant hideout in Samot and recovered one Chinese pistol, two magazines, four AK magazines, 20 pistol rounds, 87 AK rounds and some ration. (ANI)
