New Delhi , July 25 (ANI): The three Bharatiya Janata Party Members of Parliament, who claimed on the floor of the Lok Sabha that they were bribed for abstaining from voting, today filed a formal complaint against Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh to the Lok Sabha Secretariat.
The three MPs - Ashok Argal, Mahavir Bhagora and Fagan Singh Kulste filed the complaint before Secretary General of Lok Sabha P D T Achary.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on July 22 insisted that it had credible proof of their Members of Parliament receiving huge amounts of cash from the Samajwadi Party to abstain from Tuesdays trust vote.
A senior BJP leader claimed that this was no cooked up story as alleged by the treasury benches, and added that the BJP possessed the evidence.
We have got a recording of this money changing hands at the residence of Samajwadi Party General Secretary Amar Singh, he said.
He also said that the BJP had all the television footage of Amar Singh giving away the money to the three BJP MPs at his Delhi residence.
Speaker Somnath Chatterjee told the House that nobody will be spared if found guilty. (ANI)
