A toast, a cake and celebrations for Will-Kat in Delhi

New Delhi, April 29 (IANS) A three-tiered chocolate truffle cake was cut and a toast was raised at the British high commissioner’s residence here Friday evening to celebrate the wedding of Prince Williams and Kate Middleton.
Excerpts from the wedding were shown on two big screens while high-profile guests like Sarah Pilot, former minister of state for external affairs Shashi Tharoor, socialite Ramola Bachchan, singer Shibani Kashyap and many others attended the party and wished the couple a happy married life ahead.
Shibani Kashyap wished the newly wed couple “good luck” and said the two look great together.
“God bless them. I wish them a happily married life. Watching the excerpts from the wedding, those special moments of togetherness, was definitely a high point of this entire evening,” she said.
