9 in 10 Apple customers ‘happiest’ computer users

Researchers found almost nine in 10 Apple customers felt “pleased” about their computer purchase.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index, found there had been a four per cent improvement in the way people felt about their computers, reports the Telegraph.
Apple led the way with 86 per cent of buyers reporting they were happy with their purchase.
In its most recent quarter, the company sold 3.5 million Mac computers, a 33 percent increase from a year earlier.
Overall satisfaction with personal computers averaged 78 percent, the survey found. (ANI)
