Padamsinh Patil to remain in CBI custody till June 20June 14th, 2009 - 9:57 pm ICT by ANI
Navi Mumbai, June 14 (ANI): Suspended Nationalist Congress Party leader and Member of Parliament Padamsinh Patil, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with the 2006 murder case of Congress leader Pawanraje Nimbalkar, was produced at Panvel court here on Sunday.
The court has asked him to remain in CBI custody till June 20.
Patil has been charged under Indian Penal Code Section 302 and 120-B, dealing with murder and conspiracy to murder.
The CBI sealed his house in South Mumbai on Friday. (ANI)
