Dharamsala hotels lure CWG tourists with special packages

Dharamsala, Oct 1 (ANI): Hotels in Dharamsala are introducing special packages to lure tourists to the region ahead of the XIXth Commonwealth Games.
“Being a Buddhist town, we are expecting tourists and participants. They would like to meet His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, at Dharamsala. This place is a famous Buddhist destination,” Ajay Thakur, deputy general manager of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Corporation.
Tourists will be charged 61.70 dollars per person for two days accommodation including food.
India is expecting huge inflow of spectators and tourists during the mega event to be held from October 3 to 14 in Delhi. (ANI)
