Chopper carrying Sharad Yadav makes emergency landing
August 5th, 2010 - 1:22 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment )Patna, Aug 5 (ANI): A private chopper carrying JD (U) President Sharad Yadav and three others made an emergency landing at Jakkanpur on the outskirts of Patna city on Thursday following a technical snag.
According to a report, Yadav along with Bihar Minister for Road Construction Prem Kumar, Secretary to the Chief Minister, S Siddharth, and Road Department Secretary Prataya Amrit took off from the airport for Chausa in Madhepura to attend an official function.
An alert pilot avoided a major tragedy as he landed the chopper safely in a field.
All on board, including the two pilots are safe. (ANI)
