Jan 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Many researches say, that your overall personality can categorize you under two categories, cat personality or dog personality. The way you behave, your perspective towards life, the way you socialize and maintain your relationship, would tell you, whether your nature in closer to that of a dog or a cat.

Sam Gosling, a researcher, who conducted an intense study on this issue said that there is a vast difference between the generic nature of a cat and a dog personality. Some of the personality traits of cats and dogs are always leashed in human. One may say that dog people are more agreeable, more extroverted and more conscientious. People with dog personality are also more masculine and loyal towards their friends. They love being active and at times dominating. These people are driven by impulse and emotions. On the other hand, cat personalities are shy, more effeminate with creative, philosophical, or nontraditional approach. They are calm and composed, with a good amount of practicality that is driven by materialism. Therefore many a times, they may ditch their closest friends and acquaintances in order to fulfill their own satisfaction. Emotions and impulse take a back seat for these people.

A cat personality loves stability and comfort in life. If that means living away from the loved ones, they would probably not give a second thought about it. On the contrary, dog personality always prefers to stay in vicinity with the one they love. Any human who is driven by emotions, with loyal and loud nature, may be placed under the category of a dog. While all those who have a more practical approach towards life, with love for materialism and comfort are the cats enclosed within the body of a human.
