15 killed in Charsadda suicide attack
April 15th, 2009 - 11:28 pm ICT by ANICharsadda (NWFP), Apr. 15 (ANI): At least 15 people were killed, including nine policemen, and several others injured after a suicide bomber slammed his explosive-laden vehicle into a police check-post in Charsadda district in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan.
According to reports reaching here on Wednesday, the blast occurred near Harichand Police Check-post in Charsadda, 15 people, including nine policemen, and injuring several others.
The DPO Charsadda confirmed that 15 people were killed in the suicide attack.
According The News, a DSP was also among the injured.
Meanwhile, emergency was declared in the Charsadda Hospital immediately after the blast.(ANI)
