New Age author Marilyn Ferguson dies, aged 70
November 3rd, 2008 - 12:11 am ICT by adminNew York (dpa) - Marilyn Ferguson, whose best-selling writings are credited with helping to establish the “new age” movement in the US, has died at age 70, it was reported Sunday.
The Los Angeles Times cited her son Eric as saying that she died on October 19 at her home in Banning, California, probably of a heart attack.
Her “The Aquarian Conspiracy,” published in 1980, was credited with having unified various esoteric threads and ushering in the New Age movement.
