Warm day in Delhi (Lead)

New Delhi, Oct 19 (IANS) Even as Delhi was greeted by a misty morning, it was a warm Tuesday as the maximum temperature was recorded at 33.3 degree Celsius.

“The minimum temperature was recorded five notches above average at 23.3 degrees,” an India Meteorological Department official said.

“The maximum humidity was recorded at 91 percent and the minimum was 50 percent,” he added.

According to the weatherman, Wednesday and the week ahead will again witness mist in the morning but a clear and bright sky as the day progresses.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 33 and 22 degrees Celsius.
