jay-stJuly 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Tiny Houses have become a news trend owing to its Eco friendly nature and cheap expense. Jay Shafer’s Tumble Weed Tiny House Company is building these houses for people who are not being able to pay their expensive mortgages anymore. The man behind these buildings, Jay Shafer is also offering house building for those who want to live in his Tiny House. The advantage of these Tiny Houses are these houses have wheels in it and hence anyone can settle in anywhere due to its mobility.

The innovative and interesting idea came to Jay Shafer’s mind in early 90’s when he made one for himself. Jay Shafer was featured by many reputed magazines where he showed his Tiny Houses, but these houses have gathered both criticisms and appreciations from the people. However, now people are showing much interest in these 89 square feet Tiny Houses. People want to live in a much comfortable and simpler way, if that’s the case Tiny Houses will gain its popularity in no time!

Jay Shafer also proposes that someone who wants to live in Tiny Houses can buy the plans from the company and build houses for them as they wish or they can buy the ready-made houses delivered to them. The houses have a designer feel in it with interior wood paneling with living room, kitchen and bathroom. The Tiny Houses have made a new benchmark on small house living. A reputed media source says that Jay Shafer is now dreaming of a small house community with shared land which will have walking paths for the customers. One of the major advantages of Tiny Houses are Eco friendly where less energy can be consumed.

Wow! Jay , That is so nice. Just as I’m packing our stuff we are loosing our home. We have no where to go. It’s terrible to have to let our house go to a nasty bank. I thought I seen this little house before, I love it. I want one. Thank you for showing it.
