Hot day in store for Delhi
March 31st, 2010 - 12:04 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 31 (IANS) Delhi is likely to witness a hot day Wednesday with the met office predicting above-normal day temperature.
The capital Wednesday reported a minimum of 23 degrees Celsius, six notches above normal for this time of the season.
“Skies will mainly be clear with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
It has been a relatively warm month this year and Delhi recorded the hottest March day in six years on March 21 with the day temperature settling at 39.2 degrees Celsius.
