New Delhi, May 27 (IANS) After days of pleasant weather, Delhiites could experience a hot day Wednesday with the maximum temperature likely to touch the 40 degree mark.
However, the decrease in the humidity level from Tuesday’s 75 percent to 57 percent will bring some respite to the city residents.

“The skies will mainly be clear and the weather will be dry over the region with no rain. The humidity will dip to normal levels,” an official at the Safdarjung met office told IANS.

The day temperature has been below normal for the past few days following rain and thunderstorms in the capital.

The maximum temperature Tuesday settled at 38.7 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal for this time of the season.
