New Delhi, Feb 6 (IANS) Delhi Saturday saw partly cloudy skies with the sun playing peek-a-boo. The weatherman forecast a relatively warmer day with the minimum temperature being well above the average.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature recorded early Saturday was 11.8 degrees Celsius, three degrees above average for this time of the year.

“There is an approaching western disturbance from north Pakistan and northeast Afghanistan which has resulted in the cloud formation here. There is no rain predicted but because of the cloud cover the day will be warm,” an IMD official told IANS.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.
