Cloudy weather in Delhi, possibility of rain
January 7th, 2012 - 12:48 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 7 (IANS) The capital saw cloudy weather Saturday morning, with the possibility of rain. The minimum temperature was recorded at 12.5 degrees Celsius, five degrees above normal, the weatherman said.
“Saturday will see generally cloudy skies, with the possibility of rain or thundershowers,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department official.
According to the Northern Railway website, 27 trains have been cancelled, 12 trains are partially cancelled, and 18 are running late due to fog.
Humidity wavered between a high of 98 percent and a low of 80 percent. And visibility recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 1,200 meters.
The maximum temperature Friday stood at 16.9 degrees while the minimum was 12.4 degrees.
