Chilly morning in Delhi, warm day ahead

New Delhi, Nov 11 (IANS) Delhiites woke up to a slight nip in the air Thursday with a light fog enveloping the capital’s skyline. However, the day ahead will be warm and the skies partly cloudy, the Met office said.

“The afternoon will be warm while the evening sky will be cloudy with shallow fog.
The late evening will be chilly,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The minimum temperature settled at 15.4 degrees, two notches above average for this time of the season, while the maximum is expected to hover around 29 degrees.

The maximum and minimum humidity levels wavered between 90 and 56 percent respectively, the official said.
