Bright day in Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 24 (IANS) The week began on a bright and pleasant note for Delhiites Monday morning and the Met office predicted similar weather would prevail through the day.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 19 degrees Celsius, two notches above average for this time of the season. Humidity stood at 89 percent.

“The skies will turn partly cloudy, but there is no likelihood of rainfall. It will be a clear and bright day,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 34 degrees.

On Sunday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 33.5 and 18.4 degrees, respectively.
