Another hot day in capital
June 6th, 2011 - 12:08 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, June 6 (IANS) The week started on a sweltering note for Delhiites as the minimum temperature Monday morning was recorded two notches above average at 29.8 degrees Celsius.
“The day will see clear skies and the maximum temperature will hover around 43 degrees,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The humidity stood at 57 percent.
On Sunday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 26.3 and 42.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
