The government has decided to form a committee to study the outcome of the 15th Conference of Parties (CoP) in Copenhagen and prepare a model suggesting measures to curb green house gas emissions, WAM news agency reported.
The National Committee on Climate Change (NCCC) headed by Rashid Ahmed bin Fahad, Minister of Environment and Water, held a meeting Monday to discuss the Climate Change Accord signed by the UN member nations during the December summit.

The model prepared by the working group of NCCC will be presented during the 16th Conference of Parties to be held in Mexico later this year.
