Zac Efron sued after 3yrs for causing car crash
August 12th, 2009 - 6:20 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment )Washington, Aug 12 (ANI): American actor Zac Efron is facing a lawsuit three years after he allegedly caused a three-vehicle pile up in Los Angeles.
Katie Porter claims that she was rear ended by a taxi, which was shunted by the vehicle the ‘High School Musical’ star was driving back in 2006, reports Contactmusic.
The plaintiff states that she has spent the past three years fighting for damages with the insurance companies, and she’s had enough.
Porter’s mum tells TMZ.com the firms representing each of the drivers are claiming the other is responsible for repair costs.
The alleged crash victim wants 1,200 dollars for repairs and 400 dollars for a rental car.
Her father, who lives in Oklahoma, is also suing for plane and motel costs. (ANI)
