Zac Brown Band wins the Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards 2010

Zac Brown Band Los Angeles, Jan 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Zac Brown Band won the Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards 2010. The band members were very happy to get the award, as it boosted their spirit and music to a new level. The band members of the Zac Brown Band said that it was certainly an honor to receive the Grammy Award. They wanted to thank the family, the crew and the recording company as well.

Zac Brown Band is basically an American country music band, which is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The band members are Zac Brown, (lead vocals, guitar), Jimmy De Martini (fiddle, vocals), John Driskell Hopkins (bass guitar, vocals), Coy Bowles (guitar, organ), Chris Fryar (drums) and Clay Cook (guitar, organ, mandolin, steel guitar, vocals).

The popular band has performed a music tour over all the US and they performed at the 2009 Bonnaroo Music Festival as well. Till date they have recorded 4 studio albums, and the recent Grammy Award is sure going to be a big boost in their career as well.
