Yves Saint Laurent: Fashions Fade, Style Is Eternal

Ask Manish Malhotra, one of the most famous names in the fashion industry of India and you will realize that he does not compromise on style. Bollywood’s designer No.1 has worked on a variety of costumes to suit the looks of a variety of women in the industry but it is individual style that the designer has to keep in mind when he makes those breathtaking designs. Style dos not fade and that is probably why the sari will never lose its importance and beauty in India. Though the method in which the 9-yard cloth is draped around your body will differ from one generation to another, the Indian woman always prefers to wear a sari whenever she is required to look really good and attend a really important program.
Style more often than not is related to the comfort factor in a person’s life. And since we like wearing what we are comfortable in, that becomes our style statement. Therefore, most renowned designers also warn the common man not to wear anything that they are not comfortable in just for the sake of making a fashion statement. Lastly, watch your body type and also the place you are in and wear clothes accordingly. Only then can we make a style statement, as opposed to a fashion statement.
